God’s Timetable

One of the things I have learned from the past months is that God works in His own perfect time. His timing is perfect. God makes no mistakes. There is no flaw in His schedule. Every affliction, every trial, every victory has been orchestrated by the Lord, the Great Designer and Sustainer of worlds. It took me so long to grasp this. Its easy to say that God’s timing is perfect but to grasp the reality of God’s timetable is truly difficult. If it were not for grace, I would not even be able to write about His timing.

How relaxing and refreshing it is to rely on God’s timing! ^_^ Hah! I’m not a slave to the world’s time. It is my Lord’s timing that matters. If He says ‘go’, I go. If He says ‘wait’, I wait. I only have to do what He says and even if the whole world is plunged into chaos, I won’t be shaken. The Lord is my Rock! I have nothing to worry about. Everything is in His hands. I only have to trust Him and do His bidding. He is a good Lord and He truly loves His children. His Name be honored forever!

Psalm 37:7a “Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him”
